I use this hand hoe in spots that are too tight for a stand up hoe. If I have larger weeds, I pull these by hand, then I use this tool to cut just below the soil, taking out the smaller ones. If I get to a wide open area, this tool can clear out weeds in wide swaths. This blade is made of spring steel.
